Champion LED Return Policy

Your satisfaction is Champion LED’s utmost priority. We can assure you that our LED growth lights are of high-quality and can give you better yields. However, if you feel that you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, feel free to contact us via email. We will make sure to get back to you within one business day to resolve the issues as soon as possible. We can replace or refund your purchase within our policy terms and conditions.

Replacements and Returns

Our goal is to make replacements and returns hassle-free for our customers. Most brands have a 90-day return policy. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. If the product is returned due to non-warranty issues, a stocking fee may apply. All returns are further subject to the policies which will be discussed below.

Please note that products that are advertised in the shop and sold from other websites and affiliate partners like Amazon are not subject to our policies.

You can contact Champion LED at sales@championled.com or give us a call at 1(877)888-1266 before returning any products and request a Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA along with any return shipment information. We also require the proof of purchase or receipt. Without these requirements, the products you purchased may not be considered refundable.

Length of Returns

Champion LED’s return policy for replacement or a full refund depends on the brand. We strictly follow the return dates offered by the supplier and manufacturer as stated on their websites as well as their terms & conditions. Please note that you agree to the return policies below as well as the suppliers’ return policies and terms & conditions once you purchase a product on our website.

Here are the return days for each brand:

  • Bloom Boss - 45 days
  • California Lightworks - 90 days
  • Current Culture H20 - 30 days
  • Gorilla Grow Tent - 30 days
  • Kind LED - 90 days for K3 and K5 series; 30 days for bar lights (only 2 Kind LED lights can be returned)
  • Secret Jardin 90 days
  • Super Closet - 30 days

For full refund, the product must be unused, still in the original packaging and the same condition as it was when you received it. All the parts and accessories that came with it should also be returned. Note that only one product may be returned for all brands unless stated otherwise.

Restocking Fees

A 10 to 20% restocking fee may apply (depending on the manufacturer’s return policy) to a single product that is returned within the return length for any reason. Note that returns outside the return windows of the brands will not be refunded. Also, an order cancellation is only honored when the item has not been shipped yet. You may email us at sales@championled.com or give us a call at 1(877)888-1266. Otherwise, a 15% restocking fee may apply. The shipping fees charged by Champion LED are non-refundable to the customer.

For returned items, the restocking and shipping fees will be charged if items were already shipped out, even if the customer did not claim the package. Returns are not allowed for custom products and orders.

Note that in some very extreme cases, we have the right to refuse refunds and returns on any items after the product has been shipped.

Damaged, defective, and wrong items

If in case you receive a damaged, defective, or the wrong type of product, we will pay for the return shipping costs, as well as the shipping costs to get the new product to you. For damaged items, please send a photo of the damage product so we may properly claim a refund. Champion LED will not shoulder the return shipping costs for more than one item unless the other item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product. These costs shall also depend on the brands' prices and policy.

Champion LED will also not be responsible for products lost before delivery or for products damaged in transit.

Allow up to three weeks of delivery, but shipping time depends on the area where you live.

Product Warranties

After purchase, the items are subject to the brand company’s warranty policy. You can find brand policies and contact information on the manufacturer’s website. Champion LED is not responsible for the replacement or repair of the products while under warranty. However, we will help you with the process of replacement and repair by coordinating with the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you about your refund. Your refund will be processed within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refund

The processing of funds takes time. But if the refund is taking longer than expected, check your bank account then contact the credit card company. If they confirm that the funds have not arrived yet, contact us so we can investigate the delay.
